Paul Da Silva
Paul was born and raised in New Jersey, the son of immigrant parents. He's fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
He's practiced since 1996. His first years were criminal cases at the Legal Aid Society of Manhattan, the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, and the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, where he tried several murder cases to a jury.
He then worked at a small litigation firm in Montclair, handling criminal, family and real estate matters throughout New Jersey. Those years built the working relationships he opened his own office on.
He opened his own practice in May 2002, in the community he grew up in. Every case there gets a personal approach.
He's married with two children. He follows tennis and hockey, and plays both.
