About Paul
Born and raised here
Paul Da Silva is the son of immigrant parents. He's fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
He's practiced since 1996: the Legal Aid Society of Manhattan, the Legal Aid Society of Nassau County, the New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, and a small litigation firm in Montclair. He opened this office in Newark in May 2002, in the community he grew up in.
