Form submissions made through our Site are processed and stored using Netlify Forms, a service provided by our website host, Netlify, Inc. Submitted information is delivered to us for review and response. We retain this information only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship and as required for our business records.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With service providers who help us operate our Site or business (such as Netlify, for form processing and hosting), solely for that purpose

- To protect the rights, property, or safety of FORA Digital LLC, our clients, or others

Our Site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. Netlify, our hosting provider, may use minimal technical cookies necessary for the Site to function (such as load balancing). These are not used to track you across other websites.
